The works are sold directly by the artist Gianfranco Bianchi, unless the same artist has commissioned a Art Gallery or to an intermediary to display and / or sell
certain Works.

On this site you can see the photos of the works for sale. Obviously, they reflect the characteristics of the Opera as much as possible (color, brightness, etc.) but will never be identical to the original (also visiting the site from different PCs you will notice a small difference due to the different monitor feature).

Furthermore, in the photos it is possible to notice only sufficiently the three-dimensionality of the work due to color (the use of which is sometimes abundant gives significant relief to the canvas) or added elements (other canvases, objects, etc.). Note that the edge of the frame is not seen in the photos canvas, also painted. It is therefore possible hang the work on the wall without the aid of a frame.

This website shows all prices inclusive of VAT 10 %, with packaging and shipping costs in Italy by express courier included in the price of the work.

It is possible to view the Work before purchase by going to at the domicile of the Artist by appointment or in the place where the Work is exposed.

For shipments outside Italy, the cost of the courier Express is charged to the customer, who can request a quote without obligation by sending an e-mail to gianfranco@gianfrancobianchi.it

Right of withdrawal (information pursuant to Legislative Decree no.185 / 99)

Purchases made on this site, like all distance purchases by telephone or correspondence, as they take place outside outside commercial premises, are protected by Legislative Decree 185 of 22 May 1999, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right to withdrawal. The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal within a term of 14 working days from receipt of the Works. This right consists of the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier without
any penalty and without specifying the reason, and in the consequent reimbursement of the purchase price . The shipping costs to the artist are charged to
of the buyer. The price will be refunded within 10 working days after the artist Gianfranco Bianchi will be back in possession of the work (complete and sent by
customer in the original packaging). The shipping costs (by courier) are a buyer's expense.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by aforementioned term of 14 working days from receipt of the goods, of a written communication by certified e-mail addressed to: gianfra1962@pec.it. Such communication must contain the titles of the Works to be returned, as well as indications on how to reimburse (bank transfer, paypal, etc.).

The works subject to reconsideration must be returned by and charged to the Customer, in conditions of integrity, at the address indicated in the artist's reply email for sending, within 7 days working from receipt of the e-mail. Attention: shipments in port assigned will be rejected.

Once the goods have been received and their integrity checked, the Artist will, within seven working days, credit the Customer the cost of the returned products.



Exclusions:

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons who they act for purposes not related to their professional activity. I'm therefore, purchases made by resellers are excluded from the right of withdrawal by companies. Paintings are also excluded from the right of withdrawal "customized", ie made on the basis of specifications
indications of the Customer and the works not purchased on this website but bought after having viewed them personally, in an exhibition space or at the artist's home.



Any problems with shipping

In the event that the package delivered by the courier should show cuts or defects, it is advisable to sign by writing "subject to control". If, after having carefully unpacked the package, the picture is damaged, the customer can, within the day following receipt, send an e-mail to gianfranco@gianfrancobianchi.it, attaching photos of the packaging and photos of the damaged work. The artist will collect the work at his own expense by its courier. The work must be packed by the customer in the packaging original and delivered to the courier, with whom you will have agreed to the time and day of the collection. Gianfranco Bianchi will take care to reproduce the work (as faithfully as possible) and to deliver it free of charge to the customer in the shortest possible time. In the event that the work could not be reproduced, the customer will have, within 10 days of receipt of the work defective, reimbursement of the amount spent on the purchase.
